Surface vibrators of the classic series (EV-320-4, EV-320, EV-320E, etc.) are an asynchronous electric motor with a short-circuited rotor, with unbalances installed at the ends of the shaft.
Vibrators of increased reliability (IV-99N, IV-104N, IV-98N, etc.) practically do not differ externally from vibrators of the classic series. They have increased dust and moisture protection, cast—iron bearing shields (instead of aluminum in the classic series), increased strength of the windings (double impregnation of the stator with varnish), selective assembly. Increased working resource (at least 3 times).
Vibrators of high resource are analogues of models of Western manufacturers in design and configuration. The resource of vibrators ranges from 5000 to 80,000 hours.
Explosion-proof vibrators are designed to excite forced vibrations of active systems of vibrating machines and mechanisms used in performing vibration technological processes in explosive types of chemical, gas, oil refining and related industries.
